HOW TO JOIN:

Businesses can apply online here. We review new applications daily.

HOW TO ORDER:

You can order through our general shop by sending us a list of SKUs (or product names) and quantities from our online order form here. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.

STOCK:

If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email us for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DROPSHIPPING PROGRAM AVAILABLE:

For online web store owners, we also offer a drop shipping program. Carry our Bloody Bath Mat product line without having to manage inventory with our free dropshipping program for site owners.

OPENING ORDERS:

A minimum order of 30 pieces or one carton is required. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out unless you have been approved after submitting an application for credit. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice. Questions?

RE-ORDERS:

30 unit minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay within 30 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.

CREDIT TERMS:

Vendors can apply for credit by filling out and completing the Credit Application.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to us within 8 hours after submitting your order or else a change/cancellation fee ($45) or shipping fees may apply (if shipped)

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Payments through Domestic Bank Transfer, International Wire, Credit Cards, Paypal and checks are all accepted forms of payment.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING:

Wholesale carton orders can be shipped either via Fedex Ground, USPS, or can be picked up at our warehouse in Redlands, CA for free with appointment from your LTL or FCL trucking company.

PREFERRED CARRIER SHIPPING:

Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. We can apply your prepaid shipping labels to each carton or make pallets available for your carrier pickup. Please contact us for details.

US SHIPPING RATES VIA FEDEX GROUND (3-8 DAY):

Individual Unit Orders:

Picked and packed separately so the shipping and handling is calculated per item. For more economical shipping, we recommend ordering a carton if more than 50 units of one SKU are included in your order.

Carton Orders:

  • Bloody Bath Mat Cartons: $40/carton
  • Bloody Shower Curtain Cartons: $40/carton
  • Bloody Sheet Cartons: $25/carton

Carton Set Orders:

  • Bath Mat and Shower Curtain: $240/carton set (120 set units delivered in 6 cartons)
  • Complete Bathroom Set: $280/carton set (120 set units delivered in 7 cartons)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For International Shipping, please select either “I will arrange my own labels” or “Please arrange shipping”. Shipping rates vary by country.Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 4-12 days for your order to ship depending on the bulk and configuration. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact IntroWizard within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we are not able to do consignment. Thank you!
